libiw30 software package provides Wireless tools - library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiw30
libiw30 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiw30 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiw30 *
You will get with libiw30 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
